FMEC Symphony – Business Management
FMEC Symphony is purchase order (PO) driven capable of accommodating multiple business centres, stock centres, ledgers, currencies and languages. It has full annual and multiple year budgeting with reporting actuals to budget and cash flow monitoring, capability. Bespoke dashboards can be created to suit any agribusiness. It is also IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) compatible. Monthly profit & loss reporting is possible with accurate growing crop (biological assets), inventory and depreciation. Key datasets are available, such as, registered pesticides, fertilisers and crop varieties, to enable accurate pesticide verification and nutrient management. Full traceability to Global GAP or BRC standards is made possible together with true net cost of production. Additional datasets such as spare parts, market prices (current & historic), etc., can be created. Full asset management with individual asset costing is also possible. Essential documents such as purchase invoices can be stored digitally. Sales invoice, VAT accounting and connection to bank accounts can all be accommodated
